Yes2Therapy provides mental health and wellbeing support services, including but not limited to:

  • One-to-one therapy sessions
  • Online consultations
  • Wellbeing guidance and resources

All services are delivered by qualified professionals; however, they do not replace emergency or crisis services.


2. Not a Medical Emergency Service

Yes2Therapy is not an emergency service.

If you are in crisis or require immediate assistance, please contact:

  • Your GP
  • Local emergency services
  • NHS (Dial 111 or 999 in emergencies)

3. Booking & Payments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or agreed channels
  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

By booking a session, you agree to our cancellation policy:

  • Minimum 24 hours’ notice required for cancellations
  • Late cancellations or missed sessions may be fully chargeable
  • Refunds are issued at our discretion

5. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and honest information
  • Attend sessions on time
  • Engage respectfully with therapists
  • Take responsibility for your own wellbeing and decisions

However, confidentiality may be breached if:

  • There is a risk of harm to yourself or others
  • Required by law (e.g., safeguarding, court order)

7. Online Sessions Disclaimer

For online therapy sessions:

  • You are responsible for having a stable internet connection
  • Sessions may be conducted via secure third-party platforms
  • We are not liable for technical disruptions beyond our control

8. Limitation of Liability

Yes2Therapy will not be held liable for:

  • Any decisions made by clients based on therapy sessions
  • Indirect or consequential loss or damage
  • Interruptions to service beyond our control

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific outcomes.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on Yes2Therapy.com, including text, branding, and materials, is the property of Yes2Therapy and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
