Cancellation Policy

At Yes2Therapy, we are committed to providing dedicated time and care to each client. To ensure fairness and availability for all, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy outlined below.

1. Appointment Cancellations

Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice: No charge
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours: Full session fee may be charged

2. Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided prior notice, this will be treated as a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients.

  • Full session fee still applies
  • Sessions may be shortened accordingly

4. Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies can happen. Fees may be waived at our discretion in cases of genuine emergencies (e.g., medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances).

5. Therapist Cancellations

In the unlikely event that your therapist needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered:

  • An alternative appointment as soon as possible, or
  • A full refund if applicable

6. Payment Terms

Payment for sessions must be made in advance or at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

7. Agreement to Policy

By booking an appointment with Yes2Therapy, you agree to this cancellation policy.
