Therapy For All Mental Health Issues
Our approach is tailor-made. From the moment you reach out to us, we’re focused on finding you the right support for your circumstances and needs. We offer the best cutting-edge therapies that are rooted in evidence to empower you to enact meaningful, lasting changes in your life.
Sessions can be delivered both in person or online.
Anger Management
Sometimes anger can be a helpful emotion. But sometimes it can be difficult to manage and make our lives harder. Learning how to recognise, express and manage anger can make a big difference to our mental health.
Anxiety & Panic attacks
Anxiety is a natural human response when we feel that we are under threat. It can be experienced through our thoughts, feelings and physical sensations.
Bipolar Disorder
This can feel very upsetting. Especially if the person who thinks this way is a friend, colleague, family member or healthcare professional. Remember you are not alone and you don't have to put up with people treating you badly.
Drug or alcohol problems
Recreational drugs and alcohol can affect your mental health in lots of different ways. And it can be hard to know where to find support if you are struggling with addiction.
Depression
We all have times when our mood is low, and we feel sad or fed up. Often these feelings happen for a reason and pass on their own. But if these feelings last for weeks at a time, or become so bad that they interfere with daily life, this might be depression. If you're feeling this way, help is available.

Suicidal
Suicidal feelings can mean having abstract thoughts about ending your life or feeling that people would be better off without you. Or it can mean thinking about methods of suicide or making clear plans to take your own life.
Sleep problems
There's a close relationship between sleep and mental health. Living with a mental health problem can affect how well you sleep, and poor sleep can have a negative impact on your mental health.
Stress
Sometimes, a small amount of stress can help us to complete tasks and feel more energised. But stress can become a problem when it lasts for a long time or is very intense. In some cases, stress can affect our physical and mental health.
Phobias
phobia is a type of anxiety disorder. It is an extreme form of fear or anxiety, triggered by a particular situation or object. You may even feel this extreme anxiety when you think or talk about the situation or object.
Relationship
CBT can help resolve these issues as it allows couples to understand and identify how their thoughts or behaviours are impacting their relationship, and also evaluate the sometimes unachievable standards that people judge their relationships by.

I also specialise in CBT and Anger Management.
My aim is to create a safe space where you can feel heard and empowered. We can work together to develop stronger self-awareness, identify your strengths, and build skills and coping mechanisms for the current challenges you are facing. We will also explore underlying mental health concerns, to support long-term healing. My approach is integrative, with each therapy session tailored to your individual needs, and what you would like to achieve. The therapies I draw upon include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotion-Focused and Solution-Focused.
I genuinely care about each and every one of my clients, and feel privileged to be here. I value Authenticity and Respect, and these values underpin everything I do.
