My name is Anusha, I am a Senior Member of ACCPH, Certificated in counselling skills and advanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), my areas of expertise include Anxiety, Depression, Anger Management, Bereavement, Stress Relationships, Addiction, Ongoing and historic abuse, Individuals, Couples, Teens, Life Skills Coaching, Mindfulness and Wellbeing. The Workplace issues include redundancy, furlough, Eating disorders, Life changing events and Suicidal thoughts.
